The F36 motor drive for the Nikon F was developed based on the previous S36 for the Nikon SP. The performance of the F36 is 3 fps with mirror function, and 4 fps with the mirror up.
The back of the camera forms a unit with the drive and, in the case of the long film magazine for 250 exposures, it has a built-in motor. This is the F250, with same selection of firing rates and shutter speeds as the standard F36.
